The curriculum

All 12 Levels, Explained

Each level is a complete programme in itself — and the foundation for what comes next. Twelve levels across three tiers.

Beginner
Build the Foundation
Levels 1–4
1
Confidence, Discipline & Comfort in Speaking
Where every great speaker begins

Students build discipline, respect for time and responsibility in a structured environment. They learn to follow rules, take ownership of their actions, and become comfortable speaking in front of others through speeches on topics of their own choice. The focus is reducing stage fear, building basic confidence and encouraging healthy social interaction.

What your child gains
  • Discipline and respect for structure
  • Reduced stage fear and early confidence
  • Comfort speaking in front of peers
  • Healthy social interaction habits
2
Storytelling & Structured Expression
Finding your voice and shaping your message

Students develop the ability to organise thoughts and express ideas through storytelling. Creativity, imagination and clarity in communication all strengthen while speaking moves into more structured formats. Peer engagement becomes noticeably more comfortable.

What your child gains
  • Ability to organise thoughts into narratives
  • Creativity and imaginative expression
  • Structured speech formats and delivery
  • Greater confidence with peers
3
Introduction to Leadership & Communication Skills
From participant to leader

Leadership is introduced through elections, roles and group responsibilities. Students learn body language, facial expressions, vocal variety, communication styles, negotiation and mentoring. This is where leadership stops being a concept and starts being practised.

What your child gains
  • Leadership through elections and group roles
  • Body language and vocal variety
  • Negotiation and communication styles
  • Mentoring and collaborative responsibility
4
Critical Thinking & Independent Thinking
Learning to think, not just speak

Speech preparation shifts to topics involving logic, emotion, perspective, bias, risk and decision-making. Students research, analyse and present ideas independently while considering multiple viewpoints. Reasoning, problem-solving and the confidence to express personal opinions all sharpen here.

What your child gains
  • Logic, bias and multi-perspective analysis
  • Independent research and argument
  • Confident personal opinion formation
  • Structured multi-viewpoint presentations
Intermediate
Understand the World
Levels 5–8
5
Society, Systems & Global Awareness
Understanding the world they're growing up in

Topics expand to governments, laws, economics, fairness, freedom and global events. Students develop a genuine understanding of geopolitics, current affairs and how national and global decisions affect everyday life. Complex real-world issues become discussable with clarity and respect.

What your child gains
  • Understanding of governments, laws and fairness
  • Geopolitics and current affairs research
  • Global decision-making impact analysis
  • Respectful discussion of complex issues
6
Financial Literacy, Investing & Business Thinking
Building the financial vocabulary of tomorrow

Students explore money, investing, companies and markets through age-appropriate topics. How the stock market works, why prices change, what risk means, how businesses grow — all researched and presented. Financial curiosity and entrepreneurial thinking take root here.

What your child gains
  • Stock market and investing fundamentals
  • Risk, pricing and business growth concepts
  • Entrepreneurship and economic curiosity
  • Reinforced analytical and communication skills
7
Smart Decisions & Microeconomic Thinking
How every choice has a cost

Students explore how people make choices when resources are limited. Through real-life examples they learn scarcity, opportunity cost, supply and demand, competition, incentives and trade-offs — and how individuals, consumers and businesses decide. Economic principles stop being abstract when connected to decisions students make every day.

What your child gains
  • Scarcity, opportunity cost and trade-offs
  • Supply, demand, competition and incentives
  • Practical everyday economic thinking
  • Decision-making skills under constraints
8
Understanding the World Economy (Macroeconomics)
The view from the top

The lens widens from individual decisions to whole economies. Students explore economic growth, inflation, employment, trade, government policy and global markets through speeches and research. Systems thinking and economic literacy reach a level most adults never develop.

What your child gains
  • Growth, inflation and employment
  • Trade, government policy and global markets
  • Systems thinking at national and global scale
  • Confident discussion of large-scale economic issues
Advanced
Create the Future

9
Entrepreneurship & Opportunity Recognition

  • What entrepreneurship means in practice
  • Spotting customer needs and market gaps
  • Innovation and opportunity recognition
  • A creator and problem-solver mindset
10
Business Foundations & Operations
How a business actually runs

  • Marketing, customer service and business models
  • Designing simple businesses through projects
  • Understanding day-to-day operations
11
Business Strategy, Competition & Franchises

What your child gains
  • Branding, positioning and competition
  • Customer loyalty and strategy
  • Franchise Exploration Project research
  • A persuasive "Why I Would Open This Business" pitch
12
Business Creation & Investor Pitch (Capstone)

What your child gains
  • A complete, original business plan
  • Pricing, marketing and competitive advantage
  • Financial outlook and risk assessment
